This handbill was created to advertise services and availability for the University Center for Undergraduate Advising at CSU Long Beach. Multiple hundreds were given out at housing and resource fairs that have taken place over the 2018-2019 academic year to ensure students were aware of the center. Students were also provided with a brief outline of major exploration and declaration specific to the CSU Long Beach campus.
I designed this step-by-step proposal infographic for a presentation on how CSU Long Beach might conduct an online advising and registration process for newly admitted transfer students. This proposal became the framework for a pilot program of two academic departments and approximately 100 transfer students, and will be the basis for the first ever campus-wide option for over 4,000 transfer students per year to receive online advising.
