- Developed and coordinated outreach campaigns based on a review of student academic performance data such as GPA, course completion rate, admission cohort, and program success markers.

- Consulted with the Beach Learning Community (BLC) Coordinator to develop a working model for the new program website using Drupal CMS.

- Assisted and counseled new freshman and transfer students in the evaluation of transcripts, general education and graduation requirements during Student Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) workshops.
- Produced promotional videos, handbills and posters for departmental hiring, campus programs and resources using various desktop software including Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Created and maintained website layout and mockup for the First Year Experience (FYE) program to present campus resources to incoming students, and collaborated with other campus departments and services to provide the most up to date information to students.
- Co-facilitated the hiring and training process of new SOAR Peer Advisors, as well as supervise all student assistants during orientation workshops.
- Created and co-facilitated in-person and online workshops for first year students on managing degree progress using the Academic Requirements Report in collaboration with the University Center for Undergraduate Advising.
- Created and maintained the First Year Experience program membership database and tracked student attendance at live and online workshops offered by the program.
- Developed online evaluations for the Student Orientation, Advising and Registration and First Year Experience program workshops, and analyzed the results into reports for the Dean of Students using Survey Monkey and Qualtrics Survey Software.
- Converted live workshops offered by the Learning Assistance Center to asynchronous online modules that students access via BeachBoard, the CSULB Learning Management System.
